Name Membership Type Designation Company Name City Official Email ID This email must be verified with a 6 digit OTP before the application is submitted. Mobile Number Use international format, for example +919876543210. Indian 10 digit numbers are converted automatically. Referred By - Member Name Referred By - Mobile Number Optional. If this matches an approved member, referral CMP is awarded after approval.

Choose the category that best matches your current role. The review committee may reclassify applications where another category is more appropriate.

Tech Leadership For CIO, CTO, CDO, IT Director, SVP, EVP, GM or similar senior-most technology decision-makers.
Tech Leader-Own-Company For technology leaders who lead their own company.
Tech Leader-Next For senior technology leaders who report to a CIO, CTO, CDO, IT Director or equivalent senior leader.
Mentor Tech Leader For retired or former senior technology leaders who contribute as mentors.
Tech Leader-Tech-Company For technology leaders working in technology companies, subject to non-solicitation expectations.
Tech Leader-Team For technology team members who are part of a senior technology leader team.
