CIOs Of India collects information required to operate a non-profit member community, review membership applications, manage events, communicate with members, and maintain community records.

Personal information is used only for forum purposes, membership administration, event management, communication, and compliance. Access is limited to authorised administrators and approved operational users.

Member Rights

Access, correction, and deletion

Members may request correction of their profile information. Certain historical records, such as approval logs, attendance records, consent records, and administrative audit history may be retained for governance, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes unless deletion is approved by the authorised administrator.

Members can choose profile visibility settings where provided. Public directory display is limited to approved members who choose public visibility.
