His professional background includes significant experience at major organizations such as the Aditya Birla Group, DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd, Unitech Limited, and DSCL. Dr. Karnatak holds a PhD from IIT Delhi, a B.Tech, an MBA, and has completed management courses at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad and the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad.

An accomplished, results-driven executive leader with over 25 years of IT experience, he has driven major cloud migrations and digital healthcare transformations that radically minimize pre-analytical errors and turnaround times for millions of patients.

Rajiv Sikka is the Group Chief Information Officer (Group CIO) and a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital.

With over three decades of professional experience, he directs the comprehensive healthcare IT infrastructure, multi-year digital transformation blueprints, and complex application ecosystems across all Medanta hospital locations in India.

Umesh Khandelwal serves as the Advisor - IT and the veteran tech leader for Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd..Having spearheaded the company’s entire IT strategy and enterprise architecture as the Head of IT and General Manager of IT for nearly eight years (2016–2024), he plays a central role in driving the Japanese cooling giant’s digital footprint across India.

Umesh Khandelwal joined Daikin India in late 2016, managing extensive digital operations through massive shifts in factory automation and smart appliance manufacturing:
