Kamal Karnatak is a seasoned CIO with an experience of 28+ years and He has held senior IT leadership positions with Indian Multinational Companies in India. Kamal is known for consistently delivering business value by cultivating, motivating, and leading high-performance teams that are passionately invested in the organisation's success and the enterprise. He is known for building IT infrastructure from scratch. He has worked in Aditya Birla Group, DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd, Unitech before joining RJ corp.
He has completed his PhD from IIT, Delhi. He is B. Tech, MBA and he has done management courses from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is a keen observer, Theater artist, Marathoner, Himalayan Tracker and learner.

She hasmade significant achievements by facilitating technology enablement of forward andbackward linkage processes through mobile-based and traditional applications at MotherDairy.

IFFCO has 36000 member cooperatives societies with a turnover of Rs 28000 Crore. A.K.Gupta is managing countrywide IT operations, ERP and Oracle Amazon & Microsoft cloud services, e- Commerce portal etc.

He has 20+ years of insightful experience in Information Security, IT Infrastructure design, implementation and operations with strong service management, leadership and digital transformational skills. He has worked with organisations like Genpact, SopraSteria, NHS-UK, DXC (erstwhile CSC), Capgemini & HP.
He is a Bachelor of Engineering. (Electronics) and PGD in Cyber Security Risk Management for RIT and a keen learner of vivid fields holding multiple certificates in various IT Domains.

Arun Kathpalia is having more than 28 years of experience at various senior levels, majority of it in fashion retail and for last 11 years heading IT as Director IT in Benetton India Pvt.Ltd., an Italian fashion garments retail and manufacturing company. He is responsible for strategic planning and implements the objectives of the information technology needs of the company to ensure the computer capabilities are responsive to the needs of the company's growth and objectives. He is B.Sc. and PGDCA and in his current role he advises senior management on strategic systems conversions and integrations in support of business goals and objectives.

An IIM Kolkata Alumni Ashish has completed Management development program course from MDI Gurgaon, he has also completed a course on managing people effectively from Cornell University, New York and short courses from IIT Delhi and ISB Hyderabad. Bringing over 20+ years of experience and expertise in IT industry, Harnath holds a track record of driving firms through this current phase of digital transformation and building a robust IT infrastructure.Prior to his current role, Harnath was a CIO at Aviva Life Insurance, responsible for defining the digital strategy of the company. His experience also includes his stints in Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited.

Neeti Wahi
Neeti is a C-Suite Technology professional, with over 22 Years of experience in the IT domain. Neeti is currently working with Sterlite Power (a Vedanta group company), as Group CIO & Digital Officer. Prior to working in the energy industry, she has spent 19 years in the BFSI Sector in various roles across GE Capital, India and Clix Capital.
While at GE Neeti led the GE Diversity initiative for women for GE India and is currently a member of the FICCI Council for promoting Women in STEM. On the personal side she is an ardent fitness fan, and has 2 boys who are football enthusiasts, making her a soccer mom.

Prasenjit Mukherjee
Prasenjit Mukherjee, CIO & CDO, JWIL Infra Ltd, is a seasoned IT professional with 31 years of experience across industry verticals. He is responsible for large project implementation around ERP, information security and business operations.
He is a Creative & results-driven technology leader, with experience in large projects including Digital strategy implementation, Rolling out Information Security policies, ERP implementation etc.
Apart from IT recognitions, Prasenjit is a trained musician and a singer.

Rajiv Sikka
Rajiv Sikka is Group CIO for Medanta multi-super specialties group of hospitals span across multiple locations in India. In the current role he is responsible for group IT Function covering initiatives for digital transformation and IT Operations.
His core strength lies in formulating and executing enterprise wide multi-years IT roadmap covering infra, applications, security, compliance, partner ecosystem. He has executed large-scale, across countries, multi-year programs involving heterogeneous technologies varying from package applications to custom build to cloud. As a technologist, he has implemented projects in emerging technologies involving Big Data, IoT and AI.
Prior to joining Medanta, Rajiv had worked at Polaris as Senior Vice President for ~13 years. In early days of his career, he has worked extensively in multiple regions covering US, Europe, Japan & Asia.

Sunil Sirohi is currently the Chief Information Officer of NIIT Ltd. He has more than 30 years of work experience in IT industry. He has been part of many technological driven business products and solutions for NIIT. He has led and played key role in many IT infrastructure and business systems project for NIIT (including ERP).
He has got many industry recognitions and awards . He was voted as one of the Top 25 IT Heads of India by his peer CIOs/IT heads nation-wide in the Year 2011 and was among the top 10 CIOs in year 2015. Passionate about enabling and enhancing people productivity, he personally drives a company-wide initiative named "Work Smart @ NIIT"
